Context
VeriPass is a premium immigration services company helping high-achieving professionals establish presence in the USA. They needed a sophisticated digital platform to manage their complex multi-stakeholder workflow—from initial consultation through visa approval. The existing process was manual, fragmented, and couldn't scale with their growing client base.
My Role
- Led the complete frontend architecture and development
- Designed and implemented four distinct user portals with role-based access
- Collaborated directly with the VeriPass team to understand immigration workflows
- Delivered the project end-to-end over 3 months
Solution & Architecture
I built a comprehensive Next.js application with a modular portal system:
- Immigrant Portal: Client-facing dashboard where applicants track their case progress, upload documents, communicate with their assigned team, and view milestone updates
- Lawyer Portal: Legal professionals review cases, provide assessments, flag documentation issues, and submit legal recommendations
- Immigrant Manager Portal: Case managers oversee client portfolios, assign tasks, schedule consultations, and manage the end-to-end client journey
- Super Admin Portal: Full system oversight with user management, analytics dashboards, role assignments, and platform configuration
Technical decisions:
- Next.js App Router for optimal performance and SEO on the marketing pages
